As a part of its ongoing sequence of festive occasions, the Department will organise the tenth version of the much-awaited “Beach Holi” at Corbyn’s Cove Beach on March 4 from 9 am onwards.
The annual celebration, which has develop into a well-liked attraction within the Islands, goals to unfold a powerful message of peace, unity and brotherhood amongst folks from all walks of life.
With the colourful tagline “Vitamin Sea and Vitamin G (Gulaal)”, this 12 months’s Beach Holi guarantees a vibrant mix of music, tradition and festive cheer alongside the scenic seashore. The programme will start with conventional Phaag songs by the ALLPHA musical group, adopted by performances by the Friend Cultural Group and the BRW Wing of the Islands.
The occasion is open to all, and most of the people has been cordially invited to take part and have a good time the competition of colors in a joyful and harmonious environment.
