The eighth Review Meeting below the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan for South Andaman District was held on 17 November 2025 on the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office. The assembly was chaired by Mr. Arjun Sharma, IAS, Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman).
During the assembly, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the district’s progress in key TB elimination parameters, together with case detection, notification, remedy adherence, Ni-kshay Mitra adoption and group participation. He expressed concern over the low share of X-ray-based screening in a number of well being services and directed officers to urgently scale up the exercise. He pressured that X-ray screening is among the many handiest measures for early TB detection, particularly amongst symptomatic and high-risk teams.

- 19 November 2025: Community Hall, Lal Pahad; Anganwadi Centre, Brookshabad-1
