Admiral D Ok Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Hon’ble Lt Governor, A&N Islands and Vice Chairman, Islands Development Agency is on a two-day go to to Kamorta. Hon’ble LG landed at Kamorta on fifteenth January 2023. On arrival, Hon’ble Lt Governor was obtained by senior officers of A & N Administration, A & N Police & Tribal representatives. Hon’ble Lt Governor took passage in ICGS Rajtarang and visited LOP Tillang Chaung.
Hon’ble Lt Governor inspected the services and interacted with personnel of A & N Police and Forest Department posted at Tilang Chaung. He appreciated their laborious work and dedication in direction of obligation.
Today, Hon’ble Lt Governor will maintain a gathering with Tribal Representatives, Govt. Officials and most of the people at EOC Hall at Kamorta at 9 am. On completion of the go to, Hon’ble Lt Governor will return to Port Blair within the afternoon.
