The Directorate of Tourism, in collaboration with the Departments of Education and Sports & Youth Affairs, is ready to host the much-awaited Beach Sports Festival 2025 on October 24 and 25 on the picturesque Wandoor Beach.
The two-day occasion goals to advertise sportsmanship, health, and neighborhood spirit whereas highlighting the pristine great thing about the Islands. Against the beautiful backdrop of Wandoor’s golden sands and sunsets, the pageant will function a sequence of energetic competitions designed to encourage teamwork and native tourism.
The pageant opens at this time with the preliminary rounds of Volleyball and Tug of War in each males’s and girls’s classes. The remaining matches, together with Arm Wrestling and 100-Meter Sprint occasions, will happen tomorrow (Oct. 25).
Cash prizes will likely be awarded to the winners and runners-up on October 25 at Wandoor Beach. The Directorate of Tourism has prolonged an open invitation to all sports activities fanatics and residents to affix this vibrant celebration of unity, wellness, and the pure appeal of the Islands.
