The Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme Workshop was efficiently carried out on December 26, 2025, on the ICAR–Central Island Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-CIARI), Sri Vijaya Puram, as a part of the National Mission on Karmayogi initiative of the Capacity Building Commission, New Delhi.
The workshop geared toward strengthening citizen-centric service supply via steady capability constructing of presidency personnel. In the primary batch, a complete of 34 contributors, together with scientists, technical employees, and administrative personnel of the institute, took half within the programme.
The workshop witnessed energetic participation and engagement from all cadres, reflecting ICAR-CIARI’s dedication to skilled growth and excellence in public service. It was coordinated by Dr. R. Kiruba Sankar and Mr. Kanishk Bhukar beneath the general steering of Dr. Jai Sunder, Director, ICAR-CIARI.
During the programme, key modules of the Rashtriya Karmayogi framework had been coated via a balanced mixture of theoretical inputs and sensible workout routines. Participants had been familiarised with core ideas similar to role-based studying, competency growth, and outcome-oriented governance.
The workshop concluded with optimistic suggestions from the contributors, who appreciated the structured method and sensible orientation of the periods, highlighting its relevance in enhancing effectivity and repair supply within the public sector.
