The Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services (AH&VS), in affiliation with UTATMA, efficiently organised a two-day coaching programme on ‘Integrated Farming System in Animal Husbandry’ at Gandhi Nagar in Great Nicobar Island.
The programme geared toward selling sustainable and worthwhile built-in farming fashions amongst rural farmers. It targeted on the scientific integration of livestock with crop cultivation, environment friendly useful resource recycling, and adoption of dual-purpose farming practices to reinforce farm revenue and productiveness.
