Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, raised the difficulty of the National Highway with the Chief Secretary, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, instantly after coming back from his go to to North and Middle Andaman District.
Mr. Ajoy Bairagi reportedly expressed his concern and anguish on the gradual progress of the National Highway Work.
According to a Press Release from BJP, Chief Secretary, in response to Mr. Bairagi’s inputs, convened a gathering on tenth April 2023. The assembly was held within the convention corridor of the Secretariat, and all involved officers, contractors, Deputy Commissioner (N & M Andaman), and Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman) attended the assembly together with Mr. Ajoy Bairagi.
The Chief Secretary reportedly gave particular instructions to the involved authorities of NH and Deputy Commissioners to finish the work and make NH motorable earlier than the onset of the monsoon.
Mr. Ajoy Bairagi has thanked the Chief Secretary for guiding the involved officers to make NH motorable earlier than the onset of the monsoon.
