The Forest Department has invited purposes from bona fide residents of Shaheed Dweep for permits to gather sea sand. The software window, which opened on September 6, will stay open till September 15, 2025.
Applicants are required to submit legitimate land information (Form-F) licensed by the competent Revenue Authority, together with a duplicate of their id card for verification. Applications have to be submitted to the Camp Officer at Shaheed Dweep Forest Camp between 6 am and a couple of pm.
The deadline for submission of purposes with full paperwork is September 15, 2025, by 2 pm. (Story Based on PR)
