APWD Karamchari Sangh to Organise Gate Protests if Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) Not Launched to APWD DRMs

The APWD Karmachari Sangh (AKS) Affiliated with Andaman Nicobar Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh ,BMS wrote a letter to the Chief Engineer,APWD, Port Blair requesting the discharge of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) to DRMs working beneath the institutions of APWD, A&N Administration.

The President of APWD Karmachari Sangh (AKS) knowledgeable that the demand for launch of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) to DRMs is real in in compliance of OM of Ministry of Finance, Deptt. Of Expenditure vide No. 7/24/2007/EIII (A) dated 16.10.2022.

He additional knowledgeable that different Departments /institutions beneath A&N Administration have already granted the Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) to all their eligible DRMs in compliance with the OM.

AKS knowledgeable that APWD has disregarded the OM and has rejected the claims of the eligible DRMs for launch of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus).

AKS had requested releasing of the Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) for the FY 2022-23 to all of the eligible DRMs working beneath APWD.

AKS additionally knowledgeable that if optimistic initiative will not be taken for releasing the bonus to DRMs inside 07 days, then they are going to be compelled to organise GATE PROTEST from 16^th Jan 2023 (03.00 pm) after responsibility hours.
