Bye-election to fill the vacancies for varied Gram Panchayat Member Seats underneath Little Andaman, Mayabunder and Diglipur Tehsil was held on twenty eighth February 2023 (Monday). After completion of the counting of votes on twenty eighth February 2023 (Tuesday), the Returning Officers of involved Gram Panchayats have declared the ultimate outcomes.

Final Result for Gram Panchayat Member Constituency Hutbay-11 of Hutbay Gram Panchayat underneath Little Andaman Tehsil (Seat-General): Petrus Lakra of INC secured 77 Votes and Robert Lakra of BJP secured 43 Votes. Petrus Lakra (INC) was declared elected.

Final Result for Gram Panchayat Member Constituency Diglipur-3 of Diglipur Gram Panchayat underneath Diglipur Tehsil (Seat-General): Binita Minj of BJP secured 104 Votes and Jyoti Nag of INC secured 29 Votes. Binita Minj (BJP) was declared elected.

Final Result for Gram Panchayat Member Constituency Karmatang-3 of Rampur Gram Panchayat underneath Mayabunder Tehsil (Seat-Reserved for Women): Meena Sarita of BJP secured 145 Votes and Ashamani Tirkey of INC secured 54 Votes. Meena Sarita (BJP) was declared elected.
