Port Blair, Nov 06: The assembly of the CPI (M) Andaman & Nicobar State Organizing Committee held at Port Blair on fifth November, 2022 notes with concern and anguish that the investigation into the sex-for-job racket. The assembly famous that the A & N Police has not but arrested any of the accused individuals within the case to this point. The assembly famous that among the accused individuals have reportedly left the islands a couple of days again despite the fact that the case was registered at Port Blair on 1st October, 2022 beneath part 376D, 506, 228A and 120B of the IPC towards the above individuals.
The Andaman and Nicobar State Organizing Committee assembly of the CPI (M) urged upon the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and the Lt. Governor, A & N Islands handy over the above case to the CBI for correct investigation within the current case and likewise to analyze different instances as reported within the media.
