Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (DBRAIT), Sri Vijaya Puram, organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the theme “Promoting Academic Research, Scholarly Publications, Proposal Writing, and IPRs”, aiming to reinforce the analysis and tutorial writing capabilities of its college members.
The session started with an inaugural handle by Prof. (Dr.) Sanmukh Kaur, who emphasised the significance of integrating analysis into day-to-day instructing practices. A technical session led by Dr. Muthu Kumaran E centered on efficient proposal writing and the nuances of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). He mentioned aligning analysis proposals with the expectations of funding companies, defining clear analysis targets and methodologies, and figuring out measurable outcomes. Dr. Kumaran additionally supplied a complete overview of patent legal guidelines, innovation disclosure procedures, and techniques to advertise interdisciplinary and student-led analysis.
