To promote environmental consciousness and strengthen the connection between trainees and nature, the Bharat Scouts and Guides unit of Dr. S.R. DIET, Garacharma, not too long ago organised a one-day Trekking-Cum-Tour Activity. The occasion noticed enthusiastic participation from 59 trainees, accompanied by 11 Scout Masters, Guide Captains, and DIET college members.
The trekking occasion was flagged off by Mr. Pavan S. Pyati, Lecturer at DIET. Addressing the gathering, Scout Master C. James highlighted the significance of such actions in fostering environmental duty and bodily well-being. A cultural program was additionally organized beneath the coordination of the Guide Captain.
The trekking route took individuals by means of the scenic path from Biological Park, Chidiyatapu, to the Munda Pahad viewpoint, providing them a possibility to attach with nature and discover the wealthy biodiversity of the area.
