Directorate of Industries Organises Brief Time period Training Programme on Handicrafts at GP Mithakhari

Directorate of Industries, A & N Administration organized a brief time period Skill Development Training Program on ‘Handicrafts (Coconut Shell & Wood) products’ at Gram Panchayat Mithakhari from fifteenth March 2023. Altogether, 22 candidates participated within the coaching program and have been imparted fundamental abilities and data of creating handicrafts, thus creating self-employment alternatives and avenues for his or her livelihood. 

The coaching programme concluded on tenth April 2023. A valedictory operate was organised adopted by an consciousness programme.  Officials of the Directorate of Industries disseminated info on numerous schemes being applied by the Directorate. 

The handicraft merchandise produced in the course of the coaching was showcased which acquired immense appreciation from PRI Members and native villagers. 

Speaking on the event, Mr. Mohammed Safiq, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Mithakhari appreciated the efforts of Industries Department and all of the members for producing number of handicraft merchandise and suggested them to use the abilities obtained in the course of the coaching program for the betterment of their livelihood.
