The Block Project Office (BPO), Car Nicobar efficiently organised Divya Kala Mela and Divya Kala Shakti for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) underneath the Inclusive Education Programme of Samagra Shiksha on December 22, 2025, at Bal Bhavan, GMPS Kinyuka.
The programme was graced by Mr. Derick Jacob, First Headman of Kinyuka Village, Car Nicobar, because the Chief Guest, whereas Mr. Sambhu Nath Kundu, Assistant Engineer (ALHW), attended because the Special Guest.
The occasion started with a welcome tackle by Mr. Swapan Paik, Education Officer, Car Nicobar, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries, mother and father, lecturers, officers and college students. In his tackle, he underscored the significance of inclusive training and the necessity to guarantee equal alternatives for Children with Special Needs.
