Eight Flat Top Barges (Pontoons) have been irresponsibly dumped close to the Fish Landing Centre at Campbell Bay. Most of those pontoons have been dumped on the seaside by ALHW and its contractors. These pontoons have been rotting for years and are polluting the seaside at Campbell Bay.
These pontoons are additionally a hazard for the fishermen as a few of these pontoons are contained in the water and really near the Fish Landing Centre.
The stunning seaside has been was a graveyard for these massive flat-top pontoon barges with no effort over time to take away them.
Most of the pontoons had been delivered to Campbell Bay by ALHW and its contractors for executing Marine Works at Campbell Bay and close by areas and after the work was completed these pontoons had been dumped on the shore irresponsibly.
