- All superannuated/retired pensioners whose month-to-month pension is Rs.10,000/-or extra (Excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class IV/Group D staff).
- All Persons who paid Income Tax in final evaluation yr.
- Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, and Architects registered with Professional our bodies and finishing up career by endeavor practices.
