The ICDS Urban Project, below the Directorate of Social Welfare, efficiently performed a complete coaching program on the Poshan Tracker App for Anganwadi Workers. The classes, held from March 4 to 11, 2025, noticed the participation of 207 Anganwadi Workers and have been led by Mr. P. Mahesh Kumar, State Coordinator, Poshan Tracker, below the National e-Governance Division (NeGD).
The coaching aimed to equip Anganwadi Workers with the mandatory expertise to successfully make the most of the Poshan Tracker App for real-time monitoring of vitamin companies, beneficiary knowledge administration, and digital record-keeping. The program featured hands-on demonstrations, sensible workouts, and interactive discussions to boost understanding and deal with implementation challenges.
With the completion of this coaching, the initiative marks a big step towards strengthening vitamin companies and bettering the effectivity of beneficiary knowledge administration via digital instruments.
