Following the confession, the police recovered all of the pledged objects, together with three pairs of earrings, one gold chain, one pair of matti, and one gold ring. The recovered property was taken into custody within the presence of impartial witnesses, following all authorized formalities.
The accused was produced earlier than the Hon’ble Court on 14 October 2025 and remanded to 14 days of judicial custody.
