The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has launched the National Overseas Scholarship (NOS) scheme geared toward empowering college students from deprived sections of society by way of entry to increased training overseas.
The initiative seeks to supply monetary assist to low-income college students belonging to Scheduled Castes, De-Notified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, Landless Agricultural Labourers, and Traditional Artisans.
