The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, in affiliation with ANIIDCO, organized ‘Mr. FIT Body Building Competition Season-2’ on November 4 on the TGCE Auditorium. The occasion witnessed enthusiastic participation from native bodybuilding fans showcasing their energy, health, and dedication.
In the keenly contested competitors, Mr. T. Venkata Ramana bagged the first place, adopted by Mr. Pramod Chhillar in second place, and Mr. Abdul Salam in third place. The winners obtained money prizes of ₹5,000, ₹3,000, and ₹2,000 respectively, sponsored by ANIIDCO, together with trophies, medals, and certificates.
Mr. Rajesh Chopra, IAS, Secretary (Cooperation)-cum-RCS, graced the event because the Chief Guest and introduced prizes to the winners. In his handle, he emphasised that such competitions encourage youth to deal with health and wholesome residing whereas fostering higher curiosity in sports activities. Mr. Gopal Chandra Das, Senior Manager (Tourism), ANIIDCO, attended the occasion as Guest of Honour and introduced medals to the winners.
