The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, has launched the National Talent Hunt Competitions below the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) on the MyGov platform. The initiative seeks to lift consciousness on drug demand discount whereas encouraging creativity and constructive engagement amongst youth throughout the nation.
The competitions will likely be held in three levels:
- District Level – Quiz: September 25 to October 24, 2025
- State/UT Level – Essay Writing: October 27 to November 7, 2025
- National Level – Elocution/Group Discussion: Second week of November 2025
Winners at every stage will likely be given a chance to showcase their expertise and can obtain appropriate recognition.
Highlighting the significance of the marketing campaign, the Directorate of Social Welfare, A&N Administration, has appealed to college students, youth, and academic establishments within the Islands to actively take part within the competitions by the MyGov portal (www.mygov.in).
The initiative goals to have interaction younger minds, unfold consciousness in regards to the unwell results of substance abuse, and contribute in the direction of constructing a drug-free society.
