A one-day orientation programme on School Safety and Security was organised by the Block Project Office, Nancowrie, at GMSS Kamorta on Saturday. The programme geared toward enhancing preparedness and consciousness amongst lecturers to make sure a safer college atmosphere.
During the session, consultants from key departments shared very important information on dealing with emergencies. Mr. Rahil Islam, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Nancowrie, briefed individuals on college security protocols from a law-enforcement viewpoint. Dr. Shabnam Salim, Resource Person from CHC Nancowrie, carried out an informative session on first assist and well being emergency administration in faculties. Mr. Parimal Bepari, Fireman from Fire Station Kamorta, defined hearth security practices, emergency response strategies, and correct evacuation procedures.
Earlier, Mr. Om Prakash, Block Project Officer, Nancowrie, welcomed the individuals and emphasised the significance of equipping lecturers with important security expertise for the safety and well-being of scholars.
