A one-day coaching programme on Anemia Mukt Bharat was organised for Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) and Community Health Officers (CHOs) on December 29 and 30, 2025, on the Conference Hall of AYUSH Hospital, Junglighat, with the target of strengthening efforts to fight anaemia amongst youngsters, adolescents, ladies, and pregnant moms.
The coaching targeted on bettering dietary practices, selling iron-rich diets, and guaranteeing the efficient provision of iron and folic acid dietary supplements as key methods to scale back the prevalence of anaemia in the neighborhood.
The programme was graced by Dr. H.M. Siddaraju, Director of Health Services, Dr. B. Ajit Kumar, Link Officer and Deputy Director (Family Welfare), and Dr. Kalyan P. Kadhbane, Deputy Director (AYUSH). Addressing the contributors, the Director of Health Services emphasised the necessity to intensify consciousness by means of T3 (Test, Treat and Talk) camps at faculties, Anganwadi centres, and on the group degree to make sure early identification and well timed administration of anaemia.
