Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman of the Campaign Committee of the Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC), has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Secretary of the Andaman and Nicobar Administration, highlighting a number of urgent points affecting residents of Kadamtala and Uttara Panchayats.
