The actress shared a daring photoshoot of herself and was slammed by her mother and father. She revealed that her mom slapped her badly after seeing the daring photos. Sharing the images, she wrote, “When I got a tight slap! I thought I was gonna look great and was wearing a skin colour short dress which was hidden by the tall grass around .. So when the images came out, my mom came with the magazine and gave me a tight slap and tore the magazine up. I may have been bold at that time but my parents were always very protective about me. Nonetheless I was always a rebel with a cause. Atleast that’s what I thought !”
Sonam Khan is the granddaughter of actor Murad and the niece of Raza Murad. Yash Chopra advised her a display identify which she adopted later. She was born as Bakhtawar Khan to her mother and father Mansur Khan and Talat Khan. She started her profession with the Telugu movie Samrat in 1987. In 1991, Sonam married director Rajiv Rai and determined to give up performing. The two turned mother and father to a son. Sonam and Rajiv parted methods in 2001 they usually have been divorced in 2016. Khan returned to India within the 2020s and now lives together with her son.
