A five-day Peripatetic Training Programme on “Establishment Rules including Reservation in Service, Seniority, Promotion, DPC and RTI” commenced on thirteenth October 2025, on the Seminar Gallery of TGCE. The programme is organized by the Administrative Reforms and Training Wing (AR&Trg.) of the A&N Administration in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India, New Delhi.
Ms. Shailaja, Assistant Secretary (AR&Trg./PGC/Power), A&N Administration, presided over the inaugural session because the chief visitor. She emphasised the importance of steady capability constructing and the position of environment friendly administration in enhancing public service supply.
The ISTM has deputed Mr. Vipin Kumar Bhargava, Deputy Director, ISTM, to offer specialised coaching aimed on the Amalgamated Clerical Cadre workers of the A&N Administration in addition to personnel from the Municipal Council, Sri Vijaya Puram.
Scheduled from October 13 to 17, 2025, the programme will cowl a complete vary of subjects, together with service guidelines, reservation insurance policies, promotion procedures, Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) processes, and the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. B. Ganga Ratnam, Office Superintendent, AR&Trg. Wing, A&N Administration.
