Pensioners receiving advantages underneath the Old Age, Destitute, Widow, and Disability pension schemes from the Department of Social Welfare have been urged to submit their Life Certificates by February 15, 2025. Beneficiaries who fail to take action threat having their monetary advantages stopped.
The Life Certificate is a compulsory doc required to confirm the continued eligibility of beneficiaries for the pension schemes. Pensioners can submit their Life Certificates to the involved Anganwadi Workers or Mukhya Sevika of their respective areas.
The Social Welfare Department has suggested all pensioners who haven’t but submitted the doc to take action on the earliest to keep away from any disruption in receiving their advantages.
