The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) not too long ago organised its ‘Vote Chor Gaddi Chod’ marketing campaign at Ward No. 22, Brookshabad, below the management of Mr. Rangalal Halder, President, ANTCC, and Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman, Campaign Committee, ANTCC.
The marketing campaign was organised with the help of Mr. Jayapaal, Congress chief of Ward No. 22. As a part of the programme, get together leaders and staff visited households within the space, interacted with residents, and highlighted points associated to alleged electoral malpractice (“vote chori”) and the frequent energy outages disrupting day by day life. As a part of the marketing campaign, “Stop Vote Chori” stickers have been distributed and displayed at households throughout the ward.
The marketing campaign noticed participation of a number of Congress leaders and representatives together with Mr. AUT Ummer, Zilla Parishad Member; Mr. Mohd Zubair, President City Congress; Ms Diksha Dular, President Youth Congress; Mr. M.A. Sajid, Vice-President Youth Congress; Mr. O. Basheer, Ex-Pradhan Mannarghat; Mr. Xavier, Congress Leader; Ms. Ok. Asnath, PRI Member; Ms. Rasheeda Banu, PRI Member; Mr. Raghubalan, Congress Leader; Mr. Akshay, Joint Secretary Seva Dal, amongst others.
