In a bid to alleviate bodily and psychological stress amongst Police personnel and optimize their efficiency, the Armed Police Unit on the Police Line, in collaboration with the Global Academy of Modern Fitness, performed an interactive 5-day bodily and psychological health program from July seventeenth to July twenty first, 2023.
The initiative noticed roughly 100 police personnel partake in a complete coaching routine that encompassed Yoga, Meditation, Aerobics, Laughter Therapy, Martial Arts, and Unarmed Combat Exercises.
