Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council (SVPMC) is about to organise consciousness programme beneath the Centrally Sponsored Scheme AMRUT 2.0, specializing in selling public participation in rainwater conservation throughout the municipal space.
As a part of the initiative, SVPMC will conduct Painting and Slogan Writing competitions on the theme ‘Jal Sanchay / Rain Water Harvesting’ in varied colleges and neighborhood halls. The Painting competitors is open to college students from Class I to VIII, whereas college students of Class IX to XII can take part within the Slogan Writing contest.
