A ten-day workshop geared toward strengthening Hindi language educating in colleges throughout the Islands commenced on April 15, 2025, at GSS, Junglighat, Sri Vijaya Puram. The workshop is being organized by the State Institute of Education (SIE), Shiksha Sadan, Sri Vijaya Puram, in collaboration with the Central Hindi Institute of Education, Hyderabad.
A complete of 49 contributors from 9 instructional zones are attending the workshop, which focuses on Capacity Building on Competency-Based Learning Outcomes and the renewed curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 for Graduate Trained Teachers (GTT) of Hindi.
Speaking on the inaugural session, Prof. Gangadhar Vanode, Regional Director, Central Hindi Institute of Education, Hyderabad, highlighted the targets of the programme and its alignment with the language growth targets of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Prof. Sunil Baburao Kulkarni, Director of the Central Hindi Institute of Education, Agra, addressed the contributors just about, encouraging them to boost their expertise and competencies to successfully sort out challenges in Hindi language schooling.
Ms. Sangeeta Chand, Principal of the State Institute of Education, underlined the significance of such initiatives for the skilled growth of academics.
The inaugural session additionally noticed the presence of Dr. Fattaram Nayak, Associate Professor, Central Hindi Institute of Education, Hyderabad, and Dr. Mayank Tripathi, Assistant Professor, Central Hindi Institute of Education, Agra, who will function useful resource individuals in the course of the course of the workshop.
