The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Kolkata Bench, will maintain a Circuit Sitting at Port Blair from April 28 to May 2, 2025.
During the sitting, contemporary functions will even be accepted. Departments concerned in pending CAT circumstances have been suggested to get in contact with the Government Pleader or Panel Advocates nicely upfront. They have been requested to supply all related paperwork and an in depth briefing to make sure that the federal government counsel is absolutely ready to defend the circumstances.
