CPI(M)-Supported Candidate Wins Paschimsagar Panchayat Samiti Member Bye-Election in North Andaman

Sumanta Biswas, the CPI(M)-supported candidate, has been elected because the Panchayat Samiti Member from the Paschimsagar constituency in a intently watched bye-election held on January 12.
