A day-long programme on “Fostering Synergies Between Rural Youth and PRIs for Sustainable Community Development” was organized beneath the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) by the Community Development Block, Ferrargunj, on the Community Managed Training Centre (CMTC) constructing. The initiative aimed to reinforce coordination between Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and rural youth to advertise inclusive and sustainable rural improvement.
The programme featured two key periods. The first session, carried out by Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Executive Officer of the Khadi and Village Industries Board, highlighted varied schemes and initiatives of the Board. The second session, led by Ms. Deepa Biswas, Domain Expert (Livelihood), Directorate of Rural Development, centered on staff constructing and collaboration via interactive and activity-based workout routines.
The occasion served as a platform to encourage lively participation of rural youth in native governance and group improvement initiatives, fostering a stronger partnership with PRIs.
