The Directorate of Health Services, in affiliation with the Union Territory Health Mission, shall be conducting fixed-day Family Planning Sterilization Services on the Primary Health Centre (PHC), Baratang, ranging from September 17.
The sterilization crew shall be led by Dr. M.K. Saha, Professor (O&G), ANIIMS, and Dr. Narayanan Rajaram, Grade-I Anesthetist and HoD, GBPH, Sri Vijaya Puram, together with different supporting employees.
Eligible {couples} from Baratang and Kadamtala areas who want to bear sterilization have been urged to make the most of this service. Interested people are requested to contact the Medical Officer In-charge, PHC Baratang, to register their names for screening.
