Per week-long Fixed Day Family Planning Sterilisation Camp was carried out on the Community Health Centre (CHC), Rangat from December 1 to six beneath the RCH-II programme, offering complete household planning companies to residents of Rangat and Billiground.
The camp was organised with full preparations for affected person counselling, pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care. Senior specialists — Dr. M.Ok. Saha, Professor & HOD (Gynaecology), ANIIMS, and Dr. R. Narayanan, Professor & HOD (Anaesthesia), ANIIMS — had been deputed from G.B. Pant Hospital to help the procedures.
Medical Officers, nursing workers, ANMs and Community Health Officers labored in shut coordination to make sure the graceful conduct of the camp. The initiative was held beneath the general supervision of Dr. H.M. Siddaraju, Director (Health), Directorate of Health Services.
A complete of 171 beneficiaries underwent sterilisation by the laparoscopy lap ligation process in the course of the camp. (Story Based on PR)
