In a proactive step towards supporting inclusive schooling, the Block Project Officer of PM SHRI GSSS Campbell Bay will arrange an Identification and Assessment Camp beneath the Samagra Shiksha initiative on July 28, 2025, ranging from 9:30 am. The camp shall be held on the Block Resource Room for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) inside the college premises.
The initiative goals to determine youngsters with suspected disabilities enrolled in faculties throughout the Campbell Bay Block and supply obligatory aids and home equipment to these already recognized as Children with Special Needs.
Parents and guardians are suggested to make sure the next paperwork are submitted for the evaluation and for availing advantages beneath the NIRAMAYA Health Insurance Scheme:
– Disability Certificate (necessary; 40% incapacity or above)
– UDID Card (necessary; 40% incapacity or above)
– Aadhaar Card of the beneficiary (necessary)
– Income Certificate (issued inside the final six months; month-to-month revenue shouldn’t exceed ₹22,500)
– Two passport-size pictures (for NIRAMAYA)
– Photocopy of Ration Card or BPL Card (for NIRAMAYA)
