Land Allotted for Zilla Parishad Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya in Guptapara After Two-Decade Effort

In a landmark growth for the training sector in South Andaman, the long-standing imaginative and prescient of creating a Zilla Parishad Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (ZPVKV) in Guptapara has taken a significant step ahead. The Deputy Commissioner of South Andaman has formally allotted one hectare of land close to Guptapara Junction—previously a rubber plantation website—for the development of the varsity. The allotment was issued beneath Order No. R.C. No. 481/2024/DC/SA.

This milestone marks the end result of a 20-year pursuit by Mr. Prakash Adhikari, Adhyaksh of South Andaman, who first envisioned the mission throughout his tenure as a Zilla Parishad Member in 2005.
