Micron to Begin Plant Building in August, Home Microchip Manufacturing to Start by 2024-Finish: Report

IT minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw, stated Micron Technology would begin development in August on a $2.75 billion chip meeting and take a look at facility in Gujarat, the newspaper reported.

Last month, Micron signed a memorandum of understanding with the federal government to construct a semiconductor plant, its first manufacturing facility within the nation.
