The Science Centre, Sri Vijaya Puram, celebrated National Science Day with enthusiasm on February 28, 2025, commemorating the invention of the Raman Effect by Nobel laureate Sir C.V. Raman. This yr’s theme, “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for Viksit Bharat,” emphasised the position of younger minds in shaping the nation’s scientific future.
As a part of the celebrations, numerous competitions have been organized to advertise scientific consciousness and curiosity amongst college students. A complete of 682 college students from completely different colleges throughout Sri Vijaya Puram participated in these occasions, showcasing their information and enthusiasm for science.
