Nicobar District Celebrates 79th Independence Day with Patriotic Fervour

The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic zeal and group spirit throughout the Nicobar District on August 15. The major operate was held at BJR Stadium, Car Nicobar, the place Deputy Commissioner Amit Kale, IAS, unfurled the National Flag. The occasion witnessed the participation of senior administrative and police officers, personnel from the Air Force, tribal leaders, schoolchildren, and members of most of the people.
