Marking the observance of the International Day of Yoga, a Pain Relief Clinic and Yoga Session was organised at Abhyuday Complex, Ferrargunj, via the joint efforts of the State Child Protection Society (SCPS) below Mission Vatsalya, Department of Social Welfare, A&N Administration, and PANKH NGO.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from senior residents residing on the Old Age Home, kids from the Children’s Home and beneficiaries of Ashraya Home.
At the outset, the Programme Manager of the State Child Protection Society, Mission Vatsalya, highlighted the significance of yoga and wholesome way of life practices in selling bodily, psychological and emotional well-being.
The therapeutic and wellness classes have been carried out by specialists from SoulSync Alternative Therapy Clinic. A complete of 35 aged residents of the Old Age Home benefited from the therapeutic classes.
Children additionally actively participated in yoga actions geared toward bettering bodily health, focus, self-discipline and emotional resilience. The organisers mentioned the initiative was geared toward encouraging holistic well-being and fostering a wholesome way of life amongst folks of all age teams.
