The Science Centre at Sri Vijaya Puram has launched an ‘Innovation Hub’ geared toward fostering creativity and innovation amongst college and faculty college students. Designed to be a vibrant platform for budding innovators, the Hub affords hands-on alternatives for college students to discover new designs, develop distinctive initiatives, and produce their concepts to life.
Open after college hours on Saturdays and Sundays, the Innovation Hub encourages unbiased pondering, problem-solving, and experimentation. Since its inception, the power has already attracted round 2,000 pupil guests, with a number of younger lovers enrolling as annual members and sharing their ideas by the ‘Idea Box’.
Membership Options and Timings:
The Hub affords each particular person and institutional memberships:
– Individual Membership
◦ School Students (Classes VI–XII): ₹2,000 per yr
◦ College Students (Science & Engineering): ₹4,000 per yr
◦ Batch Timings: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30 AM–1:00 PM and a couple of:30 PM–5:00 PM
– Institutional Membership
◦ Schools: ₹6,000 per yr
◦ Colleges: ₹8,000 per yr
◦ Batch Timings: Tuesday to Friday (prior reserving required)
Interested college students and establishments can register for membership by visiting the Science Centre between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM, on or earlier than April 20, 2025.
