The State Institute of Education (SIE), Shiksha Sadan, in collaboration with the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi, has commenced two important coaching applications aimed toward strengthening faculty management and enhancing academic implementation.
A ten-day workshop titled ‘School Leadership Program’ for Vice Principals started on June 2 and can proceed via June 13, 2025. Concurrently, a five-day Capacity-Building Program for school members of SIE and District Institutes of Education and Training (DIET) on the ‘Effective Implementation of NEP-2020 and NCFSE-2023’ can also be underway at Shiksha Sadan, Sri Vijaya Puram.
The applications have been inaugurated by Mr. L Kumar, IAS, Secretary of Education, who praised the initiative for empowering faculty leaders and inspired all contributors to leverage the coaching to uplift the standard of college training within the area.
Director of Education Mr. Vikram Singh was current on the inaugural perform alongside Dr. Santwana Mishra, Associate Professor at NIEPA, who highlighted this system’s goals and its vital function in fostering management and creativity amongst faculty heads.
Welcoming the attendees, Ms. Sangeeta Chand, Principal of SIE, expressed optimism concerning the impression of those capacity-building efforts. The session was additional graced by NIEPA useful resource individuals Dr. Gyaneswari Longjam, Dr. Tripti Singh, Dr. Shadma Absar, and Dr. Charu Smita Malik, who shall be facilitating the workshop periods.

The inaugural ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Sunita Sharma, school member at SIE.
