The Atlanta Dream will play Games 3 and 4 of the WNBA Finals at State Farm Arena, in accordance with a WNBA announcement Tuesday. The transfer provides the group entry to a venue that holds roughly 17,000 followers, in contrast with about 3,500 at Gateway Center Arena.
The transfer presents extra Atlanta followers a chance to attend the Finals. The Dream have already performed postseason video games at State Farm Arena, so the venue itself shouldn’t be new to the group.
Whether the bigger crowd creates a distinct home-court environment stays to be seen. Capacity alone can’t set up how a lot of a bonus the change will present.
Game 3 is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, at 8 p.m. ET, with Game 4 on Saturday, October 24, at 1 p.m. ET.
