In a letter addressed to the Lt. Governor of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mr. Bhasker said that the freeway, beneath the supervision of the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) since 2017, stays incomplete regardless of repeated appeals.
