Veterinary Health and Infertility Camp Held at Guptapara and Humferygunj Villages

A Veterinary Health and Infertility Camp was efficiently carried out on twenty seventh June, 2025 by the Veterinary Dispensary, Manglutan, beneath the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, A&N Administration, in collaboration with ICAR–Central Island Agricultural Research Institute (CIARI), Sri Vijaya Puram. The camp was held throughout villages beneath Guptapara and Humferygunj Gram Panchayats.

The major goal of the camp was to handle infertility points in cattle—a serious concern resulting in financial losses for farmers. During the camp, a complete of seven cows with infertility complaints have been examined. Following prognosis, applicable remedy and skilled recommendation have been supplied to help restoration and enhance reproductive well being.

Experts emphasised the significance of efficient administration practices in enhancing reproductive effectivity in cattle. The camp noticed the lively participation of Dr. Perumal P., Senior Scientist, ICAR-CIARI, and Dr. Lawhale Ninad Sahebrao, Senior Veterinary Officer, together with the supporting workers of the Veterinary Dispensary, Manglutan.

The initiative was appreciated by native farmers, who benefited from the skilled consultations and coverings supplied through the camp.
