The Zonal Agriculture Office, Diglipur, below the Department of Agriculture, A&N Administration, in collaboration with the National Beekeeping and Honey Mission (NBHM) of the National Bee Board, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, organized a two-day coaching programme on “Scientific Beekeeping” on the Rural Knowledge Centre in Nabagram on June 25 and 26.
The inaugural session was graced by Ms. Pratima Roy, Pradhan of Nabagram Panchayat, who urged the contributors to undertake beekeeping and take full benefit of the advantages prolonged below numerous departmental schemes.
