In a commendable show of vigilance and bravado, a group of regulation enforcement officers swiftly responded to details about overseas poachers close to Jal Tikrey, Hathi degree of Diglipur. The devoted group, led by SI Abdul Shakil and comprising HC/ Ashok Samaddar and PCs Suresh Kumar, Ok.Ok Deb, Sudhir Toppo, Tulsi Rao, and Prince Chander Das, carried out an anti-poaching operation to apprehend the culprits.
Reacting promptly to the obtained intelligence, the tireless police group carried out an intensive search within the space surrounding Jal Tikrey and Hathi degree. During their diligent efforts, the group observed the motion of the poachers and instantly sprang into motion, trying to halt their escape. Undeterred, the poachers tried to flee into the dense jungle.
Undeterred by the difficult terrain and inclement climate, the brave police group pursued the suspects relentlessly and efficiently apprehended three Myanmarese poachers.
The arrested poachers have been then dropped at PS Diglipur and subsequently handed over to PS CCS (Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems) for additional investigation into their unlawful actions.
The complete anti-poaching operation was carried out beneath the direct supervision of Ms. Geetanjali Khandelwal, IPS, SP (D) N&MA, whose unwavering management ensured the success of the mission.
Praising the outstanding bravery and dedication exhibited by the anti-poaching group, authorities have introduced that they are going to be suitably rewarded for his or her exemplary efforts.
In mild of this incident, most of the people and fishermen who enterprise out to sea have been urged to be vigilant and report any credible details about the sighting of overseas boats or nationals to their nearest police station or contact cellphone numbers 100, 112, and 03192-273344. The identities of informants shall be stored confidential, and they are going to be rewarded for his or her brave actions.
